The Dutch Bakery & Diner is a family-owned bakery and diner on Fort Street in downtown Victoria, founded in 1956 by the Schaddellee family after they emigrated from the Netherlands. Now marking 70 years, it makes danishes, cakes, cookies, chocolates and pastries, and serves all-day breakfast, sandwiches, omelettes, croquettes and burgers in its eat-in diner. Open Tuesday through Saturday, it offers phone orders for pickup and delivery through a local courier.
