Bandemonium Music Society's Northern Lights is a community concert at ArtSpring Theatre. The Swing Shift Jazz Orchestra opens with big band swing, calypso, funk and winter holiday tunes, and after the intermission the Bandemonium Concert Band plays seasonal favourites and music from Holst's The Planets. The high school jazz combo performs in the lobby during the break. The concert runs from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, with low-cost youth tickets.
