Spindrift Custom Knives is the workshop of maker David MacLean in Heriot Bay on Quadra Island, British Columbia, established in October 2021. He forges handcrafted chef and kitchen knives, bushcraft, fillet and hunting knives, and a few historically inspired designs, using blades made from recycled vintage high-carbon steel and handles built from woods, metals and repurposed materials.
