The Comox Valley Christmas Parade brings festive floats, music and Santa Claus to downtown Courtenay, travelling along 5th Street from Harmston Avenue to Cliffe Avenue starting at 6 pm. Community groups and businesses enter floats, with an optional Elf Yourself theme and prizes in several categories. Watching is free; float entries register through the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association by November 23.
