Overlooking the harbour on Oyster Bay Drive, the Ladysmith Waterfront Gallery is a community art space operated by the Arts Council of Ladysmith and District. It exhibits and sells work by local painters, potters, photographers and craftspeople, with displays that rotate through the year. Open Tuesday to Sunday afternoons, the volunteer-run gallery also serves as a gathering point for the district's arts scene and welcomes visitors browsing original Vancouver Island work.
