 line show on Friday\, August 28\, featuring the high-energy party band Qu
 eer as Funk alongside Mean Bikini and Devours. Set in the heart of downto
 wn Courtenay\, the event turns a city plaza into an open-air concert spac
 e where residents and visitors gather on a late-summer evening to dance\,
  socialize and enjoy Island talent under the open sky. Elevate the Arts i
